News only for admins

the update is now done.

i have made a portal. that will be the new homepage.
and sinc all have promition to the new that also have conection to the portal.

i have disided to close the news section for regular players and moderators.
so only admins can use the "theard news" so when u are going to the portal (new homepage)

u will be able to see the news from there. it will be important news and more.

im also doing it this way so it not will bi flamed.

moderators will soon have acces to the news. in the next update.
